Orchard Street Redevelopment Project Phase I (Beulah Land Development Corporation)

Orchard Street Project (65 Henry Street, 692 Orchard Street, 697 Orchard Street and 709 Orchard Street) 5 units– CDBG funding was instrumental in enabling this small non-profit organization to maintain the employment of development staff to continue the the rehabilitation of 4 empty, blighted houses – one 2-unit and three 1-unit homes. These are affordable housing to be sold to low income owner-occupants. Under construction, with all four homes substantially complete.
